Feb. 18, 2020 – South Bend, IN – Norris Equity Partners (“NEP”), a leading private equity firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, announced Mirador at 23, its partnership project with Legacy Contracting, has begun construction in Granger, IN.

Located on the south side of State Road 23, between Gumwood Road and Fir Road, this project offers companies the prime location in the heart of Granger’s booming business and residential district.

“Mirador at 23 boasts nearly 25,000 square feet of Class A accommodations for businesses in the premiere location within Granger,” says Benjamin Norris, managing member of NEP. “The project built to suit customized layouts for up to nine tenants in a variety of sectors, including retail and medical.”

Conceptualized by Legacy Contracting with expertise from Spalding Design Group, Mirador at 23 provides a superior level of sophistication and professionalism with office spaces built to fit the unique needs of each lessee. Construction has already begun and will be finalized shortly. Mirador at 23 is scheduled to open in summer 2020.

Mirador at 23 represents the latest investment for NEP’s growing real estate portfolio of key business locations in Northwestern Indiana. Most recently, the firm announced in April 2019 it was co-developing the “Barnes & Thornburg Building” in downtown South Bend. Set to open in the summer of 2021, this five-story office building is the first new construction in the business core of the city in more than 20 years.
